"The area is nice with lots of foliage and nice fountains. Like the rooms and the fact they have two propane fire pits as well. The indoor bar has a decent selection of rums for a touristy area."

"It was just OK. I decided to upgrade myself from one of the other hotels but it didn’t feel like an upgrade. Very expensive breakfast so myself like many others were walking around with our Starbucks cups where most seemed to head off to for breakfast. Pool bar was always closed, same for closed off fire pits etc that you see in the photos. There was one bar of soap in the room. Not even those plastic cups you get so I had to drink from the faucet with my head in the sink. It mostly just felt like a glorified motel 6. Nice looking on the outside, which makes for nice photos for Expedia, but the inside wasn’t any different than your basic motel. You’d get same experience for a hundred less at Spark or Holiday Inn."

"My particular room had a strong moldy/musty smell. I was on the first floor and it was very loud. I left before breakfast was served so can't comment on that. Unfortunately, there was an incident that involved a fire truck and several police cars that occurred late at night which was disruptive and concerning. The front desk clerk though very nice and accommodated me with an early check in was deathly sick and should have been home. I am a cancer patient and have a weak immune system. My toilet was running as well which I could hear all night. Over priced for what you get. "

"Parking was great. Complex great and check in wonderful. Close to fez h and restaurants. Unfortunately the person next to us played jazz music so loud all afternoon and evening and spoke on his phone so loudly for about two hours and you could clearly hear his conversation. We put our tv on louder to drown him out. Although pool had a sign up no smoking three people were smoking at the pool area. "

"Our stay at Waterside was very pleasant. The unit was clean, spacious, and the amenities were excellent. However, we had a significant issue with the elevator. Upon arrival, it was out of order, forcing us to carry all of our luggage up to our floor (which is effectively three flights up since the first level is parking). Ironically, it started working the moment we finished unloading. ​On our departure day, the same thing happened. The elevator failed again, and we had to use the stairs once more. There is clearly a persistent mechanical issue that needs management's immediate attention. I have reported this to the staff and hope it is resolved soon for future guests."

"This was the perfect little condo. Although it says it sleeps 6 and theres no way id try to put 6 people in there. But we had a great week and this place was very clean and very comfortable."
