「Breakfast place dirty, chaotic, poor service, fast food-style. Not what I expected for this class of resort, opted to eat outside of the property. My suite was well- appointed, but pull out sofa bed had the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. 」

「We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.」

「The views from this hotel are hard to beat. That being said, that is the only thing i would give 5 stars. The chairs by the pool are so hard to get because so many of them are only for rent, making it difficult for parents with littles to actually be close to their children to keep an eye on them. The upholstery in the dining areas, the curtains, the seating in the lobby ALL had massive stains on them and was so gross looking.
