The carpeting was filthy and loose (curling up) in a number of spots. No utensils, no cooking pots or pans, no glassware and NO towels. Had to go back to the office for them to scrounge up a couple small towels. Never again

The floor in the bathroom was broken and missing in some places. But overall the room was well maintained and clean. The food and drink fridge/freezer in the lobby was empty which was sad. There was one bag of ice in it. Staff was helpful when they were needed!

My room was emaculent! Very clean and well taken care of. Now, I would recommend getting a new bed/mattress. That bed springs has seen better days and it wouldn't stay on the box spring. It just kept sliding off. But all in all I slept comfortable. I didn't get why the toilet was so low until I sat down. It really help with the flow of things. It came equiped with what we needed but could use another trash can or 2 in the room. But it's really not that bad cause the bigger trash bin is outside by the door and it keeps the smell out so I get it. But I will be staying here again in rm 611. It was great all around!

They Had No Available Rooms When I came for check in all of the rooms according to the staff were “dirty and unsanitary” they didn’t immediately get to cleaning rooms like they were supposed to just got upset about me asking how long will it take I waited 4 hours for a new room and had to leave for my haircut appointment expecting to be able to come back in check into a room instead I was told all the rooms were unavailable it was my birthday as well , terrible service

Will never return. Booked 2 nights while moving our son into college nearby. First night we found a dirty sheet and a used bandaid balled up inside our foldout couch. The shower had zero pressure and the shelf was broken. We were told no breakfast because we had a full kitchen (only there were barely any dishes and the ones they had were dirty in the cabinet) and the coffee maker was burned so badly we were afraid to turn it on. The bed basically only had 2 sheets. I guess blankets don’t exist anymore. Staff told us the pool closed at 9 even though it clearly said 10 on the sign. On the second night, a group of 15+ decided to throw a party in the room upstairs. Loud yelling, running up and down the stairs (for well over 2 hours before we finally asked them to quiet down around 12:30am), drinking, continuously smoking weed right outside our door and eventually one started walking around with a gun in his hand. So we packed up and demanded a new room in a different building around 1:30am. Credit to the ladies working overnight and when we checked out for being really nice and moving us when we asked, but learning there’s no cameras out by the back buildings and all the issues we had, I’d pay double to stay anywhere else. Worst experience ever.

We got an upgrade to our room and at check-in we were walked to our room and given extra bedding for the pull out and extra towels. We were disappointed that there wasn't Continental breakfast, but I may have missed that when I selected the hotel. There were a couple of spots that could have been cleaner...there was large pink confetti in a few places, the floor under the pull out had a lot of crumbs, there was a vape in one of the dressers.

The room we stayed in was okay, the mirror in the bath room wasn’t really clean. The desk could have been cleaned a little better. There were spots on the walls but that wasn’t bad. Overall thought everything was pretty clean, no problems with the staff. Just still waiting on my deposit back.

WE rented the room 1222 in building 12. It was spacious and easy to reach. We entered into the apartment and it smelled like weed. The carpet has stains and the dishwasher was not connected. When I tried to pull to load dishes it almost came out. The couch was not good and the small chair had stains in it. The dining room table chairs has cob webs on it. The bathrooms and beds were nice while the towels were small size. Our family also rented 1322 and it was really nice. No issues at all. Maybe it's jsut 1222.

Expedia shows this hotel as serving a hot breakfast each morning. They do not and apparently have not for quite some time. No dishwasher detergent no dish rags so the kitchen while it may be a full kitchen is missing a lot of stuff you need to actually use it.

This was the first trip Ive taken by myself and my three year old daughter. I was nervous because I was going to pull in very late. I called ahead and spoke with Erica, who was amazing, checked on my reservation, assured me that we would be fine to arrive late and our room would be ready. Sure enough, no issues at all and we walked into a wonderfully clean room that welcomed us with a blasted AC. We used the pool 2 of the 4 days that we were there but would have been there more had our schedule allowed. Clean and well maintained. Shallow, but perfect for us! :) It was a good experience, quiet and accommodating.
