We booked a room with a king bed but when we arrived at the hotel the desk clerk told me our room had two queen beds. White House at Grand Central
Room smelled of cigarettes, had to leave and book another property, check in and location was awful and hard to find. Property is nothing like it is described in booking. Bed was comfortable for the one night I stayed

Landing Furnished Apartments - Central West End
We booked a two bedroom for three people and the 2nd bedroom didn't have a bed! Contacted property, which was very responsive, but they couldn't do anything since we booked through Hotels. com
