「I love this place and stay there every time i travel to Scotland. The only thing i would change would be to add room fans or a/c for the summer. Its not always necessary but when it is you miss it. 」

「Spent a couple of nights while visiting family. The hotel was a little dated but they were doing some renovations while I was there. It was clean and quite and the staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator was a little noisy so if that makes you nervous beware.」

「Room was clean and comfortable. Really the only complaint is that the front desk person told me she just needed to note that we had pets so the room could be cleaned appropriately and then I got a charge on my credit card for a pet fee. I don't care about paying the fee but I feel the front desk person should have been forthcoming rather than just saying they needed to make a note about it. And she was fairly rude as well.」

「This is in a shopping mall right off the highway, it’s near family for me. Staff is super helpful and friendly, the cost is reasonable and the rooms are clean and comfortable」

「Customer service is m excellent. At check in they gave us directions and a plackard. For our truck and RV to park at bus parking. They also include dinner with beer and wine included in your stay! Really good chicken Alfredo. Beds were comfy and room quiet. Would stay again!」

「I had to stay due to my flight being canceled . I felt so safe . The person at the front desk was very attentive to me and ensured me I would be okay ! 」

「I was very pleased with my stay. In town for the Anime Con and was the room was what I expected. It was clean and comfortable. I had a microwave and refrigerator for snacks. Breakfast provided every morning, hot breakfast, with a waffle bar. I don't like those eggs from a box but there were other choices. I really appreciated hot coffee available 24/7. 」

「We stayed here because of the location being convenient of where we needed to be. Eve checked us in and was fantastic. Other staff we met were also very nice. The overnight desk clerk didn’t seem to want to be bothered though when we approached with an issue. We went back that evening and Eve again was working and handled it for us.
