"First time to stay here last night. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are very clean and housekeeping were very accommodating. Nice little balcony outside the room overlooking the courtyard. I was surprised they didn't have the complementary breakfast. Also they charged ten dollars for parking. "

"We booked 2 rooms for Friday May 15th. As we were checking in there was a lady that came back to the counter and announced that they wanted their money back because they were not staying in the room. I asked why she wasn't staying and she hesitated but stated her mother was very particular and the room smelled of bleach. We went to our rooms and noticed several things that needed repairs. We were in a hurry to get to our concert so we really didn't spend a lot of time inspecting things. The next morning I was going to take a shower and the tub was stained terribly bad. After looking around there were other unclean details we saw. Blood spatter above both the entrance door and bathroom door. The bottom safety bolt on the door was broke. Wallpaper peeling,toilet bolts missing and nasty around the bottom. Dirt and debris behind the nightstand. Remote control held together by a bandage. Dresser door was hanging by one hinge. Feces smeared on wallpaper behind toilet. I will send pictures to back up all these claims. Would appreciate hearing from corporate."

"J , goes above and beyond for me and my mom, she even found a package that I had left here last summer and gave it to me, I thought that package would have been long gone but, she found it!! J, U rock , thank you"

"Stayed 10 nights. Arrived Wednesday and the room was cleaned Friday, that was the ONLY time during our stay. I stopped by the front desk twice to pick up clean towels and mentioned our room hadn’t been cleaned, another time I asked housekeeping for clean towels and told them our room hadn’t been cleaned, I also called the front desk and asked for clean towels and told them housekeeping was not cleaning the room. No one seemed to care. Our room was a suite with 2 queen beds and it was spacious, the floor was vinyl planks which is always a plus, unfortunately I don’t believe it was cleaned regularly, I spilled some coffee and used a white wash cloth to clean it up and the dirt it picked up was shocking! The location is pretty good with a service station across the road and plenty of food options within walking distance, the laundry is one washer and one dryer, we didn’t have the breakfast but we did have to evacuate one morning when the fire alarm was set off by the kitchen cooking bacon, another guest said it happens weekly. For the price I would think they should offer better service. "
