Awesome stay

Awesome hotel, very clean, plenty parking. Friendly service. Lots of shopping and eateries around. Hotel also includes a lounge and a restaurant.

Nice clean hotel and an easy 2 min walk to the Farm Toy Show we were attending. We dined at the hibachi restaurant thats attached to complex hotel is in and it was perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool area as well.

Favorite Spot

We love Westport Plaza and always stay at least once a year. We want to stay at the Sheraton but it is usually too expensive for us but we were able to use points to get money off our room. We love the Sheraton. It is walking distance to our favorite spots (Funny Bone and restaurants) there is a bar in the lobby and so many things to do. The rooms are great and service is outstanding.

Property was clean. Staff was professional. The bar was great. Bathroom was great. Good lighting for doing make up and getting ready. Our air conditioner was loud and making weird noises. The pillows were not that comfortable.

We were awakened from our sleep numerous times between 2:30am and4am with ppl banging on the doors and running, check out was at noon and housekeeping entered our room unannounced at 8am, the room itself was beautiful
