I had an uninvited guest knock on my door 1:30 in the morning. The floor I was on didn’t have any working video cameras. My room was outdated and my room phone wasn’t working. I told them twice and they told me twice they would take care of it but nothing was never done. I had a prejudice experience with the staff there. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and definitely was racist. I plan on taking legal actions for the way I was treated there. I am a member of the Marriott and have stayed there numerous of times. The same caucasian women give me the same racist vibe/treatment. It’s not right and unprofessional. Definitely will not stay there ever again.

Our mini fridge didn’t work. We were surrounded by a young sports team and their families. They were very loud especially early this morning. Also, housekeeping came right into our room while we were still in bed this morning. Staff was all very kind and helpful otherwise.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, making the check-in process unpleasant from the start. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not clean, and the sheets on the bed were dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any guest stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service and lack of proper cleanliness.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel room was very clean. My only complaint was the mattress was not comfortable at all. I am a side sleeper and the mattress hurt both my hips. I tossed and turned all night. Everything else was great though.
