「It is expectations that set the stage for a pleasant stay. My expectations were for a room with a properly functioning HVAC system, and a swimming pool to relax in after (8) hours on the road. Neither of those expectations were met. The room was warm upon arrival, which was reported to the attendant, who assured me she would address this situation. The pool, was marked “closed for season”. 「Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area. There were towels everywhere on the floor and there was a heavy thick white foam in the hot tub. Other than that the rooms are ok, bathrooms a little small but it's ok. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.」
