Was very happy with our stay. Our suite was well worth the very reasonable price. King Bed was very comfortable. AC was a little noisy but no issues.

Very good value, and much better than the motel next door. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the room was quiet and clean. Only complaint about the room is that the bathroom is very small!

Breakfast was bad. The eggs were burned and all that was there were dried out bits when I got there, biscuits dry, and the milk was kind of warm. There wasn’t any butter for toast. It was 8am, so seeing breakfast that was kind of shocking.

This stay was unbelievable! The pillow had a fist size stain on it, there was dried blood on the sheets at the end of the bed, there was hair and dirt in all corners in the bathroom, the window showed marks of someone having sex against it, when we tried to check on the power was out and no compensation after 3 or more hours. Let’s not forget the amount of garbage that was behind the night stand and 1 yes 1 Kleenex left on the box! Went down for breakfast which is served until 10am and we went down at 9:15am the eggs were burnt, there was a few oranges and 1 apple to choose from, there was one yogurt and 1 milk left, the bread area had a couple of bagels and 2 pieces of bread. None of this was replaced while we were down there for over 30 minutes! No coffee made it was at the end. Lastly o opened up the night stand drawer and it was nasty! I have pictures of everything just ask for them! I would NOT stay here again! Did I mention we asked them to do something about it and they refused!

Water didn't look the cleanest in the pool and spa. Breakfast was good. They had a barking dog in a room next to us. Room was very clean. TV was limited on channels.

The front desk receptionist was amazing during my check in. After that I was extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness exhibited by the housekeeping staff. During my stay there was a bag a trash and dirty laundry stacked at the end of the hall. The elevator carpet was filthy and needed to be cleaned. The elevator tracks were disgusting. I saw a dust ball on one of the tables on the ground floor that was there when I checked in and was still there when I checked out. The floor leading from the elevator by the pool was dirty and stayed that way the entire time of our visit. I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk when we checked out about some WD-40 for a squeaky luggage cart. His reply was I put in a maintenance request but they hadn't gotten around to it. When I talked to him upon checking out I mentioned the items listed above and he responded well it is hard to get people or words to that effect. As a former Wyndham owner I was appalled and wanted to call the corporate office and turn in this property and ask that the entire housekeeping staff be fired. (They wouldn't last one day under my supervision; former REH).

First of all the manager was very kind and friendly but I didn’t see anyone else helping him and we never saw any other staff. The room had not been vacuumed as there was food on the floor and dirt/hair in the bathroom. It was bright outside the room and the curtains would not close completely making sleep difficult for me. It was conveniently located and the area felt safe overall.

The room was significantly cleaner but the breakfast was of repurposed eggs from the previous day. It was like trying to eat foam balls and we got to the breakfast right at 7am!! The automatic pancake machine made more of a crepe than a pancake! Biscuits were good as well as the muffins! The gravy was more of a sausage batter mix than gravy. The orange juice was really good though.

Pool was dirty and had a very low water level in the pool and jacuzzi. There was food on the stairways floors in the hallways they were there for the two days we were there.

The outside of the property is not maintained at all. The bushes are overgrown, there are weeds, no grass, it looks kind of gross. The sign on one sign is faded and not welcoming. When I saw the building I regretted my decision to stay there. The room felt small, as well as the bathroom. The hallways had very low ceilings, I am short and could touch them. There was no shower curtain in our room. We were not sure if there was an ice machine because there was no bucket. When we found the ice machine it was so dirty and gross. The breakfast had limited options but was fine. There wasn't really anyone working in the area. I will not stay there again.

Staff is friendly. Quiet area. Easy parking. No ice vendor working on the 4th floor. No ice buckets avaliable. Ran out of coffee cups on our 2nd day. Having to request Housekeeping than being standard is questionable.

We stayed in this hotel all of 2 minutes after walking past the broken door where anyone from the outside can enter and the disgusting, and I mean disgusting dirty room! Stains everywhere and BLOOD in the bathroom. And get this THEY CHARGED US for the room!!! Expedia did not help! Do NOT stay here! Avoid at all costs!
