Our bathroom floor was soaking wet from shower head drip into a plugged tub. While toweling it down, I noticed how filthy the toilet bowl was with mold, etc. There was also particles under bedside. I do see any reason for this sloppy and gross housekeeping and certainly would not stay there again or recommend.

Upon arriving our room smelled like smoke so was given another room. All towels were not completely dry, all damp. Tv picture came in and out with pixels, reported it and was told all tv’s were doing that. As far as breakfast, toast but no jelly, first day pancake machine didn’t work, lukewarm milk. Room was never refreshed, had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper daily as there was 4 of us. Floors needed updating and vacuumed. Ice machines didn’t work. On the upside…..front desk personnel were accommodating as much as they could be, they were very polite. Area was safe, quite and easy to get to.

My room was not even clean when I arrived. Dirty towels all over the room and the bed still not made up from the last person. Trash still in the cans. the entrance smells of smoke. They gave me another room but it still is not the cleanest. But luckily I’m only here for a night. And there is used soap on the room. I hate being mean but this is not good.

The property is nice for a hotel. I feel like they need to invest a lil better with breakfast options and hiuse keeping can be just a tad bit better with linen. The staff was very Good and i felt safe while staying here over all

Loved the area. Right across from Wally’s and has a White Castle right down the street. 20 minutes from Six Flags St. Louis. The pool is nice too! Only not so great thing was tv was had horrible connect to the cable. I recommend bringing a device to stream on. Also, the shower kept switching from hot to cold water. Other than that, we really enjoyed everything else.

Bed sheets were dirty when we arrived. There is mold all around the bed frame The whole room smells like mold. Microwave did not work Phone charger tripped the breaker and half the room did not have power after. Disgusting dirty hotel. Go to the holliday inn next door.

The property was supposed to be non smoking they have a ways to go to mitigate previous smoking rooms. Also we were there for 4 days and there was no cleaning service at all our trash was over flowing with no bags for us to even take out ourselves we took our towels down and requested clean ones they only had 3 we needed 4 they said they would bring up the other that never happened had to go back down the next day to get. Breakfast was the same exact thing everyday and sometimes the eggs were green. Pancake machine didn’t work and several times we had to ask for things to be refilled. The whole place definitely needs a remodel the carpets are severely stained.. I chose this hotel because of location and we had stayed there several years ago however it needs work now. I would stay there again because of price and location but would like to see an attempt at improvement.

Old and out dated. Our 3rd floor room had an air intake that was so dirty, it’s got dust bunnies falling out of it….. which probably attributed to the very musty smell in the room.

Our first room smelled strongly of smoke, the bed was missing a comforter and the carpet felt wet. We changed rooms and the second room had not been cleaned yet with the beds unmade and towels laying around. Other customers stayed their rooms smelled of smoke as well. No idea how the hotel has a decent rating.
