There were too many vehicles fir the area. They had valet parking for the night but we were scared that someone would take our other belongings out of our vehicle when we slept. Great pet friendly hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. Many differ areas to sit on main floor with natural light.

Parking was scarce and metered during the day. Still a better option than the $50/day valet. Rm 514 had the worst view, walls of neighboring buildings and dumpsters. Dirty view. Took awhile for hot water otherwise suite level amenities were good. Door had to be forced closed, but it shut. Breakfast was nice but busy the entire 3 days we were there and they ran out of things a lot. Picked this location for the short 20 min walk to Busch stadium. Overall nice hotel but not worth the $150/night.

There was a big (looked like a water bug) bug that was fairly well sized. I saw it my last morning there when I turned on the light that morning in my room. It scurried across the floor. Also, they ran out of bowls at breakfast as well as some of the juices. The eggs did not taste much of anything. The hotel was right at the intersection of where the city seemed safe and where it did not. I did, however, feel comforted by the security guard in the lobby. I would not stay there again.

The room was clean. The breakfast included was good. There isn't much parking available, so you are forced to do valet. They brought my car back to me with a flat tire (it had a nail in it) and didn't have one before that. They didn't do anything to remedy the issue. All I was offered was to use an air pump. I ended up having to purchase a new tire so I could drive home.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. Warm water was very slow to arrive in the shower (5 minutes) and then it was lukewarm. The elevators were a problem. Only one working with a full hotel. Breakfast was decent .
