Very clean room and spacious. Studio room, dishwasher, plates, utensils, as well as, fridge, microwave and all bath necessities and hair dryer. air cond nice. Pet friendly. LGBTQ+ friendly. We loved how unique the hotel building is - a former gas/oil company office building - not new construction so it was solid with extremely noise-proof rooms. Lots of space in the lobby and breakfast area to accomodate everyone. Staff was incredibly friendly and service-oriented. Highly recommend staying her for value, location to many St. Louis attractions, and customer service.

Great location downtown. Easy walk to Enterprise Center for Blues hockey. Staff was kind and friendly, offered recommendations for food and drinks. Historic property. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast, hot and tasty. Room was spacious, perfect blackout curtains.

My shower didn't work and I had no hot water for the bathroom sink either. By the second evening, after asking again, the shower was fixed except I had to run the water for ten minutes to get warm water. The breakfast had a lot of stuff, but it was very bland. The staff were mostly very nice and most of the hotel was very clean.
