The color thing is interesting, but I would have appreciated more attention to some basics. For example, when I went to turn the TV off, it turned out there were no batteries in the remote control. There were no instructions on the phone that explained how to reach the front desk. There were no USB outlets to I had to find a store that sold AC adapters so I could charge my devices. Also a 4 PM check-in seems really late and I'm convinced that made me wait 20 minutes for no reason. Beyond that, it's cute and comfortable and lots of art to explore.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff missed hard. We waited on a remote for our tv the whole stay keep calling and getting the run around. Never been at a Hilton and couldn’t watch tv. Room wasn’t cleaned despite the sign on the door and telling them too. Lobby is in the middle of the hotel check in was not easy. Be ready to walk to the desk for everything. It was birthday and everything was a huge inconvenience staying here.

Awesome place. Very unique looking, we slept in the red room. Very roomy and a really nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable. It was located on the same block as the theater where we saw Phantom of the opera. I would go there again.

The staff was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the restaurant was wonderful. However, this is not a hotel that offers convenience…they offer uniqueness. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. It had frozen over. We were on the 8th floor and finally found ice on the 5th floor. The room had no microwave. Each floor has a room with one small microwave that was splattered with old food. The water glasses weren’t clean…they both had lip marks on them. Check in is on the 12th floor None of this provides for a comfortable stay …but if you prefer unique over comfort and convenience this is the hotel for you. Honestly we paid $655.00 for 2 nights plus a $60 parking fee. A motel 6 has a microwave in the room, ice down the hall, breakfast in the morning, clean drinking glasses, and a centrally located front desk. Again if you want unique this is it But if not, consider staying elsewhere.

It was a bit odd that check-in was on the 12th floor. Room was clean, however the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were not replaced. Overall a nice place. Walking distance to the Fox, Powell and a few restaurants.

Hotel overall was great. The staff seemed confused and did not know how to handle the tornado sirens/severe weather situation with patrons. The instructed us to go to the second floor via the elevator? There were also no instructions posted on where to go in the event of severe weather.

The beds where really cheap and scary if you had to sleep on top with no gard rail and the ladder was so junkie it fell off when i came down and i busted my butt twice before deciding to just sleep on the tiny couch... i also keep getting hit with charges for this room DAYS after ive stayed there..

nice place! stayed two nights. had to ask for more towels, washcloths and room coffee , even with service thing on door. Other than that, i hope to stay there again!

Location was perfect for my purpose - attending a show at Fox Theatre. Self-Parking lot was easy; price was fair. Restaurant served good food, although service tended to be slow at breakfast. In our king bed room, there were several things that concerned me. The shower needs at least one grab bar, for safety. King bed had built-in reading light on one side only; two are needed. The light fixture on the other side of the bed had a high-mounted switch - difficult for a short person to reach. Desk chair did not fit comfortably under desk. Room cleaner needs tool to unlock soap dispensers in shower and/or training in its use -- the body wash was empty on arrival. Provide more than 1 set of towels per person. Nightstand on one side of bed was hollow metal and makes a gong sound when you a cup down on it. In the armoire, the closet rail for coat hangers is too high - hard to reach even for someone 6 feet tall. There were plenty of electrical outlets but the one by the desk was a bit hard to reach because it was under the window. Bed was very comfortable. The room was reasonably quiet. Summary: most of my complaints relate to room and furniture design. This is why I feel all architects should be compelled to live or work in a space they have designed.

Love how fun the hotel was. There is an art museum downstairs then the rooms are all colorful and so beautiful. The rooftop bar is next level and chill. They have comfy couches and go drinks and food with a wonderful view. Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Only downside is there’s no included breakfast but there is yummy restaurants near by.
