The hotel was great! The immediate area around it was a bit rough, lots of closed businesses and some construction but it was pretty quiet and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend!

Centrally located for site seeing. Grabbed shared rides to the trolley and the river cruise, though they may have been walkable. Sadly, the Arch was closed. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Anjas for working so many meals during my stay. He was a friendly constant during my stay.

Eager-to-please staff, beautiful corner room, attractive lobby, nice location. The downside of this hotel is its restaurant: overpriced, uninspired food, limited choices. We had lunch there and the shrimp was over salted and peppered, with a few scrawny tidbits of focaccia. This is a shame because the setting - a beautiful old bank lobby - is wonderful. Breakfast was better in quality, but eggs and sausage and coffee for two should not cost $50.

This hotel is in a very cool, super classy former bank. We only stayed one night but the staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything in the lobby was bright and clean. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great. Easy walk to nearby shops, places to eat, the Arch, Busch Stadium. I would definitely stay again.
