The location of the hotel is excellent, just a block from the National Park. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. Our room was not serviced after our first night and a couple of requests for simple items failed to come through, but otherwise the property offered a good value for the price.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I appreciate the help with recommendations and the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel’s location is also very useful in getting to the important areas of the city. Our room was also surprisingly comfortable and cozy.
