Staff were nice, the room was good, and the location was quite convenient, but there were two major issues: - The hotel has serious noise issues due to extremely thin and unstable flooring. You can literally feel the whole building shaking when you walk in your room, and good luck sleeping if the person in the room above you is walking in their room. When I was staying at the hotel, there was also construction going on in the main street, which made it impossible to sleep past 7 AM. - The shower water never gets hot. They have actually put a notice next to the shower asking people to leave the water going for two minutes, claiming the water will eventually get hot, but in my experience, the water did not get hot even after 20 minutes. I ended up having to shower with borderline cold water.

Room was clean, facilities were clean, parking was good. Downsides, needs more furniture in the room. A dresser, and possible a sitting chair. Hot water could be a littlw faster so not so much is wasted.

It looks like this property had just opened. Everything was clean and looked to be brand new. There’s two kitchen areas in the lobby where you can cook your own meal if you’d like. I’ve never experienced something like that in a hotel. We had a small issue with our smoke detector beeping while we were trying to sleep but we were able to get in touch with the staff at 3:00am and they were nice enough to extend our check out so we could get some extra sleep. The only down side is the 10:00am checkout but that will not deter me from booking again.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel and will stay here again when we come back in town! Convenient to all main highways and restaurants, safe secure parking. Quiet rooms with lots of new modern updates and nice amenities. Staff could not have been any nicer or accomodating, they were wonderful!

The room was clean, but it smelled very musty. The bathroom didn't seem like it had any ventilation and felt very humid. The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. I like the fridge,microwave and keurig in the room. Big lounge area.

It’s a fun, common-touch hotel with an intelligent design. Basic things work well, but services are a bit limited. Check in after midnight is via cell phone and can be a bit confusing. Kitchen is provided, bring your own food. It’s good for a longer stay or university visitors who want a simple, efficient experience

From the get-go the setup was odd. We had to call a number to get a code to enter the hotel. There's no lobby area per say. There's no check in desk. Nothing like a normal hotel. When we went up the stairs to the second floor, as soon as we opened the door from the stairwell, there was a very strong odor. It smelled a bit like marijuana but very strong. It was all through the hallway. Our room was clean, but there were some issues. The wallpaper was peeling in some areas. There were staples holding together some of the baseboards in the bathroom. There were two spots in the floor that felt very soft when you stepped on them. It had an overall "rundown" feeling. Overall this hotel does not fit it's price tag. We had reserved 3 nights based on the photos & reviews but only stayed one night.
