「We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning—which was a lifesaver with the high temperatures in London this weekend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the train station. There's on-site parking available for £20, but we found free parking just outside the hotel as well.」

「We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in...

「The location is convenient and the room is comfortable. By comparing with our last experience, the ventilation system in the bath room has been improved. Suggested to use hand wash rather than soap which will be more appropriate to meet recycling purposes.」
