「Hot tub was not working, but they still tried to upgrade you to a cabana by the pool? Only about 40 couples in the hotel. It would have been great customer service to say - due to our hot tub not working for weeks - you get a free cabana for a day or two. Instead the just tried to get a room or cabana upgrade. 「We have been to this RIU 7x. Still an amazing experience. Two areas have declined however. The first is the buffet. Was once Las Vegas level. Supreme. Now closer to Golden Corral. Second is room service. Nothing but 7-Eleven sandwiches on the menu. Needs more options for those nights you don't want to go out.」
