「The hotel is close to the Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The staffs were very nice and helpful. However, the equipments in the gym are a bit obsolete. It was cold in the hotel room although the heat had been turned to the maximum.」

「The property is beautiful, with a lovely reception area, light & bright restaurant & ‘clubby’ fun bar. Every single person we encountered; from the staff we communicated with ahead of time on WhatsApp, to the very welcoming doorman and literally every member of the staff was exceptional & went above & beyond expectation to make our stay wonderful. There are many boutique hotels in London but At Sloane definitely stands out! 」

「10/10 in every aspect. A surprise upgrade was such a lovely gesture and start to our trip. Greeted with such a warm welcome unlike other established hotels in London. Amazing with our toddler. The breakfast was sensational. I would go especially for this at ABC kitchens. A special mention to the young gentleman (apologies I can't remember his name) he was extremely helpful. Will return without a doubt. 」

「Very glad with breakfast service and free afternoon tea service! The location is so good, so convinent to Harrods. Although the room is not big, but is very warm and smart. The stuff is so kind and you have the tea or coffe service for 24hours which I think is very nice. Next time to London, I will definitely choose this hotel. It have my recommendation.」

「Home feeling. Kitchen well equipped like home. Concierge services are excellent. we booked all tours and restaurant reservations before we arrived and everything is well handled.」

「Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected」
