"I stayed here for two nights in April. I chose a room without windows, but i didn’t realize it would be located in the basement, which was a bit disappointing. The layout of the floor felt almost like a hospital, and the space was noticeably cold. The breakfast dining hall was unexpectedly large. While some may appreciate the size, i personally prefer a more intimate setting with fewer people. On the positive side, there was a good variety of food available, and everything was fresh each morning. "

"It was my husband’s bday during our stay but we never mentioned it so must be that they saw the date and they sent up a warm handwritten bday note with English Tea. Class act, very kind. Joshua in the breakfast restaurant was awesome , assisting guests who needed help- no one had to even ask, he saw they were struggling or looking for something. Also saw another employee in the breakfast area assisting a handicapped woman."

"The location is steps away from Victoria Station and within 20 minutes walk from Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace. The lobby design is both modern and anesthetically appealing. The staff is wonderful "

"Excellent location across the Thames from Westminster and Big Ben. Located near Waterloo station for easy access to the Underground."

"The location is great, and the service is good. However, the furniture is quite old. The beds are already deformed, and I can feel the springs. All the lounge chairs and sofas are missing foam. I had to sit in the corner because the seats are too deep and don’t support my bottom or back. The place really needs some updates. "

"Usually great, but on this trip the pool was closed off, the kitchen wasnt serving their indian breakfast items, and they never brought out my cook to order dish so I felt ripped off. These are the things that justify paying extra for this place for me and I didnt get them on this trip. Front desk didnt really care"
