「Pool was so much fun and my daughter’s birthday was recognized by the staff when we checked in that was so nice! Also I thought I left something in the room the staff went above and beyond to look for our missing item. We also enjoyed the drinks in the evening.」

「I was assigned a very noisy room, I could hear the noise of the machine all the time」

「The room was mostly clean, which was impressive considering it smelled like someone had hosted an all-night hotboxing competition in it. The marijuana odor was so strong that we probably could have failed a drug test just from breathing the air. The bed was another special feature. Apparently, “mattress” is a loose term here, because it felt like a sheet had been tossed over a wooden box spring and called good. We did not sleep at all. 「Gagging amount of air freshener to try covering other odors. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning. Most of electric outlets in room did not work. No hot water in morning, even though I ran water a long time. Carpet was filthy, and gooey to walk on. TV remote and other things were sticky. Online ad said TV had Closed Captioning, but that only sometimes worked. A.C. was so noisy the vibrations shook both beds. Had to ask for washcloth and hand towel. Very dim light at sink and makeup mirror....

「We arrived late, after 11PM, and the front desk clerk couldn’t find our reservation. After providing our confirmation number, she finally found the reservation and checked us in. The room was very basic, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (my husband and I woke up numerous times throughout the night) and the bathroom was not clean. The sink area was dirty and stained and the shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. There were no towels or hand soap provided. I will never stay at this hotel...

「Overall, the hotel was very nice, and I would give it 4 stars. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the main lobby had a very strong bleach smell. While I appreciated knowing the area was clean, the odor was so overpowering that it started giving me a headache. They should definitely tone it down. We also had an issue with our shower not working properly. However, the staff was very accommodating and immediately provided us with another room to use for showering until ours was...

「The woman who seemed to run it, spent most of her time on her phone. Check in was, show me your id, how are you paying, elevator is over there. Breakfast, no regular coffee, no cups to measure batter for waffles, two of the hot containers were empty no idea what food was supposed to be in them. And she was on her phone walking around. We stay often at Quality Inn’s, this is the first time we ran into this.」

「Nothing worked Fridge TV was half ass. Remote did not work properly. No bath tub. Some light's were not working. Coffee pot did not have all components to work. It was the worst kept property, and would hope you post this,so people will not have to be disappointed if they come there. A one star property.」

I was told because it not anymore. I started that its. Not even 9am and Guest was still coming down for breakfast to come to nothing for us Guest to eat .
