Clayton Plaza Hotel & Extended Stay

"Room was very spacious. Bathroom VERY updated with touch mirror for different settings. Digital shower settings with optional hand held that can be used like a spa. The only negative was the only way from the garage to the hotel skywalk is level F. That's important information to know that needs to be emphasized more. Parking was only $6. Great breakfast buffet or made to order!"

"Overall it’s a clean, safe, nice hotel so I’d recommend it but it should be as it’s not cheap. BUT they slack on the little things I felt like such as: The in room coffee kinda sucked and there wasn’t anywhere to get a cup within the hotel and the casino area coffee shop didn’t open until 7am so when you wake up at 6am that wasn’t ideal. There no microwave that I could find in my suite The pool closed at 9pm and doesn’t open until 9am not a huge deal but no early morning swim or later hanging by the pool."

"The guest before me got a tobacco smell in the carpet. The hotel cleaned it but couldn't get the smell out. They sprayed febreeze in the carpet and refunded me the full amount of the room. They even gave us some snacks and drinks for free."
