"It is clear that the staff are doing their best. And, the beds were super comfortable with nice linens. That said, the property is quite old, and it shows in some places like the hallways and the elevators. Given the price, this was an excellent day"

"Very nice hotel, Clean room. All the staff were very warm and helpful. Terrace was great for viewing the Arch lighting up after sunset. Excellent breakfast! Highly recommend!"

"Location is perfect- able to walk to most of the attractions We did not get the room that we reserved but a food credit was given to us. Restaurants served good food. Breakfast was cold and too expensive. Overall great place- would stay there again."

"The hotel was awesome, but it was very large and spread out. We had to walk a long way to get to our rooms. The staff was super helpful and friendly; however, the rooms were lacking. To start, the room fridge was not working and had to be swapped out. Then, when we decided to go to bed for the night, the sheets were dirty and didn't have a fitted sheet on the bed. Not to mention the little things, like ripped couch cushions and bad marks on the walls of the room. For such a nice place, we were disappointed with the rooms."

"This place was very convenient considering my flight got in after midnight and it's so close to the airport. I only stayed over night and checked into another hotel in the city for the weekend. The rooms are old and need some updating (popcorn ceilings), but it was fine for a few hours of sleep and a hot shower."
