"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Hot shower with good pressure. And the location right next to the arch was perfect. Only thing I didn’t love was the parking fee but we decided it was worth it for the location."

"I loved that the property was so close to the Arch! You literally could look out the window and see it. I loved the great hospitality the employees had during happy hour which was free and the breakfast which was free and had very good food. I definitely will be going back there when I’m in St. Louis. Thank you guys."

"Stayed during an arena concert, so there were an extraordinary number of guests. The staff and location were excellent. Very clean, updated room with comfortable beds. Check-in was pretty quick and stream-lined considering the number of guests. Only con-parking garage was full, so we had to park in the overflow garage down the block. It was also fine, except for trying to get to it in bumper to bumper stand-still traffic and one-way streets, which took over an hour, after we sat in the same traffic before finding out the first garage was full. I would still rate the hotel very highly."

"The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. Only problem was trying to get room service. I would call and call with no answer. I finally went down and they were not busy at all. Not sure what the problem was."
