「There was so much noise coming from the room above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants running around. We were watching tv, so we just tolerated it until 9 pm, when we were ready for bed. We called down to the desk to report it. On our second call around 930, we were told “ it’s a birthday party sir “and basically get over it. At 945 pm, we called to request a more quiet room in a different area of hotel. We were moved at 10 pm. We asked for some compensation in the morning, but no response....

「We had a great stay. The breakfast and supper were both great and it's nice that it is included with the stay. Also, unlimited coffee and soft drinks was nice. Every evening they have popcorn and my kids loved it. Staff were friendly and housekeeping came by everyday to restock towels and washrags. Would highly recommend. 」

「Water wouldn’t work in the morning, so no Shower. Shade on window was super thin and was right by outside pole light so it was like the lights were on inside room. Also right next to highway so a lot of road noise as well as a noisy heating unit. The exhaust fan in bathroom was super loud also. Breakfast was very good. 」
