I have to say the staff was amazing! Especially Shannon! She went above and beyond once we realized we booked our hotel in the wrong state. 50 miles from where we needed to be. We adored her and she helped us so much! The only thing I think needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms and the staircase etc. but other than that the ladies upfront were so helpful and top notch!

The room itself was very clean, nice decor, and convenient for a longer stay. However, the king bed we had was incredibly firm and we woke up sore both mornings. The stairwell which we were forced to take were smelly because there were garbage bags in the trash receptacles overflowing. The clerk when we checked in was initially very sweet and friendly, but it was clearly shallow, because when we had insight to give in regard to the elevator issues, she was a little rude and condescending. The elevator did not work well and was incredibly slow when it did work, so we did not use it for safety concerns. This made our stay most unpleasant, as our room was on the 4th, top floor.

Really nice staff every time, I’ve stayed here a couple times. They’re in process of updating everything, so some of the rooms smell like old smoke. The gym is great, the TV’s are nice (bring a fire stick, the smart tvs don’t have internet packages yet).

The experience was way above average. The room was good. Furniture was a bit worn and cracking and the room itself had a horrible odor. Like rotten milk or dirty diapers that didn't go away after 5 days there. Other than those issues it was great.
