The outlet on the lamp between the beds did not work. There was a GIANT stain on the bottom of one of the beds. The bath tub was dirty on arrival. The comforters and pillows had a yellow tint to them. Hardly any channels on the tv for kids. Key card issues. Just overall a poor establishment and could greatly use an update.

Bathroom floor tile was loose needed new grout. Toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. After our first night we had to ask for clean towels and our room had not been cleaned. Curtains did not completely attach to the rod and couldn’t close it completely. 1st morning breakfast had instant oatmeal, pancake machine,Toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal milk and juice. 2nd morning only pancake machine, toast, bagels…..No oatmeal No yogurt 3rd morning no juice.

It was 100 degrees out and the room didn’t have the air on. The room smelled like cat piss. Had to take the back of toilet off and push down on the parts to flush the toilet. The pool was closed. They should have paid me to stay there.

The room was clean and we liked the tile floor instead of carpeting. No ice machines were working and we were told ice was coming but it never did. Hallways and elevator very dirty. Chair and sheets had stains on them (permanent ink I believe). A no frills hotel, just for sleeping.

Overall a nice place to stay. Beds and bedding was nice. The room was clean, there was a place on the wall above the air conditioning unit where a drywall repair had been made and hadn’t been painted and finished. The shower, bathroom, and linen area was okay…shower water temp was struggling to keep up…I had the handle all the way in the hot and was “warm”-ish. The washcloths in particular had some staining on one of them….so there’s that. Again, was an overall decent place today. I’d go back if need be.

Never stay here they have bed bugs bloody mattresses and stains all over the pillows and bedding, staff offered us another room as if we would ever consider staying there, they did not take the situation serious at all but they should because this is not a way to run a hotel
