Very happy staying here. Other than one very minor glitch upon check in, everything was great. We stay here everytime we are in Sparta. Tje location is perfect for us, and Love tjat tjey accept pets.

Don't judge a book by its cover! The service at Briarwood is courteous and diligent. The outside and surrounding area might be a little run down, but the owners keep the rooms clean and relatively updated. I've stayed in major chains that haven't kept the rooms as nice and charged way more per night. The walls had a fresh coat of paint, wood-laminate floors, larger mini-fridge, microwave, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again, especially at these prices!

Overall pretty quiet, clean comfortable room.Of course you get the occasional idiot that cant use an indoor voice, and cannot close a door properly. That is not the property's fault. The only real drawbacks were very poor "continental breakfast", and the fact their ice machine was not working, and hasn't for quite some time, from the looks of things. A big plus is, they are pet friendly

The facility was a dump. The worst place we stayed at during our 10 day travel. Big area to let the dog run but nothing else positive.
