The hotel was quite clean considering they are/were remodeling. The check-in process was confusing but that was due to the construction. The staff we interacted with was polite and explained everything quite well. The pool was open and looked pretty clean but we didn't use it. The noise level was minimal even though we were right off a main highway/road. I would recommend this Best Western to friends and family.

The room was clean, and there were decent options at breakfast. There was a variety of exercise equipment, all in good shape. The staff was polite & helpful. We were disappointed the pool wasn't open and the back-up pool, at a nearby hotel, wasn't functioning either.

They do not have a working pool!!! It doesn’t look like it’s worked in a long time! It is by the free way so it’s loud all night long. The air conditioner unit in the rooms are very loud as well when they are on. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly.

My stay at best western was overall great. The staff was extremely friendly. Room was clean. The only problem was we didnt have a microwave or mini fridge when the website said ALL rooms include microwave and mini fridge. Also the tv wasnt working.

Upon arriving staff was pretty welcoming..the front lobby looks very worn down definitely needs some updating considering the fact that there was BEDBUGS in my ROOM! I should have paid attention to the red flags upon arrival but I ignored them just to have to end my stay literally had to leave at 2am because I was not gonna stay in a hotel where there are creepy crawlers

Rooms were clean and comfortable but the whole place was old and under construction (much needed). No signage to even let you know you were at the right place. New faucets in bathroom but the tub was old and stained. Peeling wallpaper. No vending machines available. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Definitely overpriced for the condition it was in.

Disgusting. Everything was dirty, the pool was green with clumps of mold floating in it. The doors wouldn't close all the way, the bed was missing a top sheet, the smell of old smoke was trying to be covered up with highly toxic chemical "deodorizers" and the staff was rude. People loitering all around the front door smoking cigarettes and over all completely disgusting experience.

We did not actually stay at Best Western, due to a ceiling collapse in their lobby. When we got there, we were told to go across the parking lot to Country Inn. We were told the rooms were "nicer." The desk chair, the only chair, was difficult to sit in and we weren't able to adjust it. We asked 3 times to have it fixed or replaced. Nothing. The tile in the entry way was loose. The was also an odd odor/scent/smell in the room. Very cramped bathroom. This morning, the carpet by the AC was wet. The elevator was broken and we needed assistance to get all our luggage down from the 2nd floor. Another guest & the maintenance man helped us. The breakfast was fair/good. The staff was nice, just never helped us get a chair. Oh, and the pool looked slimy on top. No one was in it that we saw. So this is a review of the Country Inn in Belleville, not the Best Western. So would probably not stay in either of them in the future.
