「Staff very very nice; however, the hotel is not nearly as nice or spacious as it appears online. The public spaces feel very cramped and too small to really enjoy; for example the lobby is very small and right past the check in desk. Not a welcoming environment four lounging. The rooms are a good size but ours did not have a door between the room and the double vanity area of the bathroom which was very unappealing. Someone had stored fish in our mini fridge so the smell was horrible. It...

「Clean room, friendly staff, AND free breakfast that I didn’t expect. We could see the beach from the deluxe room and just steps away from the beach. We randomly put two camper foldable chairs in the car and that actually was really helpful as we didn’t have anywhere else to sit besides the bed so we had a make shift living room that was perfect. Hope this helps someone else」

「We absolutely loved our stay. The room overlooked the pool and creek. It was gorgeous at night with all the lights. Our room was clean and beautiful and everyone that worked there (that we spoke to) were super friendly and helpful. Would most definitely recommend!!」

「Upon arrival, the valet guy “Mr. H” and the young lady who checked me in was phenomenal and the live music …highlight of my stay. After that, not so pleased. Not sure if the building went through a renovation but much is needed. The room okay, clean towels & sheets. The floor quite slippery/dangerous. The AC unit did not work properly throughout my stay…humid or not adjusting well. The pool was constantly full, no towels or convenient for sitting-very busy. For the upscale price, it should have...
