「The only thing I didn't care for was the parking situation. Thankful they make you aware of it because, it can be confusing when first arriving. Kudos to the hotel staff which were very pleasant and kind. They made sure all was good with my accommodations and stay. 」

「Room was large and comfy but what surprised me: one could stay a week or longer! Kitchenette with full frig, stovetop, cookware, dishes, cutlery, toaster oven, microwave.... Modern leather sofa, bed with a top-shelf mattress and nice bed linens. On a 90° June day, other hotel guests were enjoying the pool and exercise amenities. I was thankful for shady areas in which to park. Also, location was close to great eateries in Mount Pleasant as well as to the meeting I had scheduled . 」

「Stayed here for 2 nights in June 2025. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The property looks to be recently updated and the grounds are well maintained. It’s a pet friendly hotel but you would never know it, as there was never any oder. Great hot and cold breakfast options and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend this property 100%」

「We loved our stay at the Inn! 」

「This place is WONDERFUL! Perfect location for the market, catching a horse carriage ride, lots of restaurants, couple of blocks to waterfront. BUT, the Loutrel is impeccable! From the moment you walk in the door, smiling faces. Our room was so so very clean, modern, with great turndown service we didn’t even have to ask for! Bar has happy hour🍷Refreshing drinks are there to welcome you in. The people who work here are SO eager to help and do it with a smile! Thanks for a Very Pleasant surprise...
