"Great property ! Always top notch service "

"The room was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. However, there were several issues. Firstly, the system was down upon check-in, and the staff member was not attentive to the order in which guests checked in. Several groups arrived after me and she checked in a group that had arrived after me before she checked me in. Additionally, there was ongoing construction, and a notice on the door indicated that the breakfast area would be closed for the weekend but reopen on Monday. However, the breakfast area was not open, and we only received bread and some overripe bananas. This was not the hot breakfast we had been promised. No compensation was provided. It felt like a false advertisement. We specifically booked this hotel for the breakfast. I even called three weeks in advance to confirm the breakfast options and was informed of them. This hotel has a higher price point compared to other hotels in the area. Despite these issues, the hotel was otherwise safe and comfortable."

"Clean room "

"A great place to stay with family. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable too. The have most everything you need to do the basic things in the kitchen. But what stood out the most was how fabulous the staff! My daughter and her small childten were traveling alone for the first time. We originallly planned to meet her at the airport to help her get the children and their luggage to the condo/hotel but our flight was majorly delayed. I contacted the front desk staff and they helped her and the childtrn check iin with our permission as they were staying with us. It took away alot of stress for my daughter and us as grandparents. She had already waited 2 hours to only find out we were going to be another 3 or 4 hours. There were so many unforeseen issues at the airport due to the weather, then the federal shut down affected the TSA agents. On top of not enough bus driver, as they only had 3 buses to cover the entire airport, durning spring break! My husband and I didnt arrive until 1:15AM. Thank God the staff here was very understanding and made everything go smoothly for my daughter and young grandkids We didnt have to worry about her alone at the airport with all the luggage and two sleeping children. My daughter and grandchildten wete safely tucked into their beds, fast asleep when we arrived. She had texted us, saying she felt very safe and the staff was very helpful and kind. We had a blast with the kids, teaching them to swim, in the warm pool too."

"Room was clean but dated Staff was nice but gave me a key that was to someone else’s room and I walked in on them Gym was efficient but small Did not used hot tub or pool"

"We stayed 3 nights to tour a nearby college. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Hotel was busy but not overwhelming. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey but good food. Bar opened at 4 (which made us a little sad when we wanted a poolside afternoon bev) and dinner at 5. I would absolutely stay here again! "
