"Had access to a microwave and small refrigerator. Paper cups and utensils. Did not have breakfast nor used the gym. "

"The property is clearly dated but upkept very nicely and clean. Our rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were ok we didn’t need them for anything past check in. Even though they asked me to fill out a registration form at check in, the information was never updated to my profile. The only thing I really disliked about this property and will affect my rating is the super early check out that they are so strict with. 10am check out was too early for my family of four, when I asked there wasn’t even a second thought to accommodate us for an additional hour which is the usual check out time at other properties. We stayed 6 days I feel there should have been some accommodation for us, I don’t think I’ll stay in the future due to the early check out time. "

"BED BUGS, BED BUG, BED BUGS!!!! First, they have check in with someone on camera inside of this kiosk. Then, you don’t see any physical staff on the premises until the next day. When I saw a manager during breakfast, I informed him that my wife had many bed bug bites all over her body. He asked me if I had reported it to the kiosk? Yes he said kiosk. I said that I was waiting until I saw a real person. He asked me if I was Staying another night? I said no, that we were about to check out. He said, that’s too bad, and added that he would comp the next night stay. I said, how about some compensation for the crappy night stay (partial refund would have satisfied me). His response, oh we don’t do that, I said, ok then I’ll go ahead and leave an honest review. Also my wife spotted a roach in the bathroom."

"King studio suite is sweet. Bed very comfortable, room size perfect, nice soft towels, good hair drying. Breakfast was okay. Parking lot was big"

"The air conditioner in the room sounded like a 747 jet every time it came on. Very loud. Breakfast was bananas, oranges a few muffins and toast. Very limited offering. "
