This hotel was in desperate need of complete renovation. It was old and filthy; the elements of the room (furniture, linens, doors, walls, carpet, etc.) were in atrocious condition. I was only there for a single night otherwise I would have left immediately. I don't need a palace, but I do need very clean and tidy. I thought I was going to be sick when I saw it. We had a 4 hour drive to get there for appointments at Cleveland Clinic Hospital. By the time we checked in we had undergone a day of testing after a long drive. We wee too exhausted to go elsewhere so we toughed it out for a night. The sheets I slept on were so pilled it felt like I was sleeping on piles of sand. Suffice it to say I will be booking the rooms from here on out as my husband doesn't check reviews.

The check-in was easy. Room was clean but appeared old. Pealing pain carpet frayed in spots, furniture showed obvious signs of wear & tear for a long time. Breakfast was fine, normal budget hotel standard.

The hotel was rasy.tofind. Check in was slow with the party ahead of my trying multile cards that were declined. We got to pur room 127 and the first thing I noticed was a gouge on the top of the dresser. Then the drain plug with rist was just lying in the tub . Then the TV could not connect for us to watch March madness basketball. The bed was nice.

Solid 3 Star Service and amenities consistent with expectation. Noted the proud ‘Go Green’ initiative which restricts housekeeping services to once every three days, consistent with the industry trend. One can’t but speculate however that the industry does this because it reduces costs. In La Quinta’s favor is that they offer housekeeping services on demand otherwise. Not sure if there is a fee attached though. Happy to return to La Quinta.

The hall of floor i was staying in smelled bad. The elevator was not working at all. Normally it wouldnt be an issue for me but i had surgery two months ago and can't do too many stairs but had to use them due to the elevator not working.

Overall, pretty acceptable. Could have been more attention to cleaning in the corners and the edge of hallways. The tv would freeze and we’d have to unplug the cable for a minute to reset. This happened several times during our 28 day stay. The staff were great!

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating when we arrived very late due to flight delays, and we truly appreciated their help and friendliness during check-in. Unfortunately, the property itself is very tired and in desperate need of a renovation. Our room showed significant signs of age and lack of upkeep. There were dead bugs in the room, and the bathroom was especially worn — with chipping paint, rust, a dripping faucet, and visible mold. Overall, the condition of the room made it feel like the hotel is long overdue for a facelift. While the staff did their best and were very pleasant, the condition of the property unfortunately overshadowed that positive experience. Until the hotel is updated and properly remodeled, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
