This B & B has it all - history, great hosts, wonderful breakfast, lovely room and bath and many common rooms. Our first B & B experience could not have been any better. We would highly recommend the Waldo Emerson Inn.

We got a beautiful newly redone room! It was so comfortable and clean! The kids loved it. The whole property is just great! They did an outdoor movie night for kids and handed out popcorn! It was a blast!

The Inn is beautifully decorated. The living room and dining areas were inviting and comfortable with great views of the ocean. It was very nice, very clean big rooms and huge jacuzzi tub in large bathroom. Better than average continental breakfast and homemade cookies in the lobby every evening for guest staying at the Inn. Located right in the area of shops and restaurants. Near by scenic walks along the beach. If not the beach, sidewalks all around the town of Kennebunkport and Kennebunk. I highly recommend Kings Port Inn!

Went to Ogunquit for a weekend getaway. The Grand Hotel was a quaint and charming place. Building is older so we could hear when people were talking (or snoring) next door. Rooms come equipped with white noise machines which helps reduce the exterior noise. The location can't be beat as it's locating almost perfectly between Perkins Cove and "the strip" in town. We would definitely stay there again.

First time staying in this hotel, it was great. Staff was very friendly and our room was really cool. Had no idea we were getting a room with a separate bedroom, made it feel very homey. Bathroom was great, fancy fixtures and all! The free breakfast was nice too, although tough to find seating, not the hotel's fault there happened to be a wedding there the weekend we booked. Would definitely book this hotel again.
