「The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. They helped us get a taxi on short notice, and they responded immediately to our late-night challenge entering the room. We had four rooms, and three of us had trouble flushing the toilet, our hairdryer wasn’t hooked up, and the walls were very thin. I’m sure the staff would have been helpful for technical issues, but our stay was too rushed to report them. The property seemed very new - maybe still ironing out some bugs.」

「This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. 「Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful.
Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely.

「I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. 」
