「The hotel is great value. Air conditioning and ceiling fan work great and the room was comfortable in general. No complains there! We were very happy that even though we didn't ask them to clean our room during our stay, they gave us new towels and more toiletries. Very grateful for that! 「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「The price was good. The room was clean and A/C worked well. We chose to stay both before and after our cruise and both rooms were very comfortable. On return, we had requested a 1st floor room for ease and it was greatly appreciated when this was provided. We would recommend staying here especially if going on a cruise since it's so close to the port and theire is tons of shopping/dinig options available. 」

「I would expect more from a hotel for the homeless. I was scared the death of bed bugs. Sketchy neighborhood, no staff, no lounge or coffee, contrary to photos and all their rooms are photo shopped. Never coming back. No soap, a sink that was gas station type, and no cups.」
