"I travel a lot and a comfortable bed and a quiet room is important to me as well as local eateries and shopping. This hotel did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded expectations. Staff felt like family with their willingness to make you feel at home. Honestly, I wasn't looking forward to my trip to San Francisco but I'll be back."

"Nice and relaxed vibe at this hotel. The hotel and staff are nice and the breakfast is generous. The bar area was simple but had a good vibe, also my teenage son enjoyed staying there till late after the NBA games :-) Location is very good if you want to stay near the water and piers."

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the comfortable rooms and the attention to detail throughout the property. I would gladly stay at Hotel Zoe again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco who is looking for a convenient location, excellent service, and a pleasant overall experience."
