Fantastic four seasons. So glad we booked a Bay view room - spectacular views of the Transamerica Pyramid, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate. Only niggle was the shower pressure could have done with a boost.

Incredibly warm, welcome beginning long before arrival with friendly and easy communication with the front desk and concierge staff through text. A complete ease of check-in even when arriving after 10 PM. One of the most stunning views from a room i’ve been lucky to experience yet.

We were greeted late after a concert, the Valet & Bell staff were so helpful and friendly, the front desk staff was excellent! We were upgraded to the 800 sqft terrace suite and found champagne, sweets and treats awaiting us with personalized notes wishing us well as we celebrated our birthday month! Thank you again to this wonderful property and brand, again for over delivering on this amazing stay in beautiful San Francisco!

Delightful stay

This hotel is incredible. The service is above and beyond, even for a Four Seasons. The views from the rooms are beautiful, and I adore the restaurant. An excellent place to stay for a business or pleasure trip.
