"The breakfast stuff at entry were very rude and disrespectful. Maria yelled at me and my wife and even when we asked for the manager she continued to be rude . Parking expenses and the system was not working. Rooms were average condition. The hot water to take shower was not easy to use. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend this place at all."

"This was a mix of you get what you pay for but a great location. Great food and easy public transportation nearby. In my 20s, I probably would have been fine, as it’s akin to a hostel. The shared bathrooms were surprisingly clean, but having no screens in the windows and all of the windows open did kind of freak me out. I could tell the bedroom had been cleaned, but I wouldn’t consider it fully “clean.“ We made the best of it the first couple nights, but after finding a few small cockroaches in the room in the middle of the night, we had to leave. I think they crawled through the window w no screen which we had to leave open bc there was no AC. "

"False advertising - that’s not a breakfast. Also bar is “closed for the season”?? Not sure what season would be appropriate but SF seemed incredibly busy."

"It should be a last resort venue. Most rooms are shared bathroom, although I got a private bathroom which was very small. There’s no ventilation in the rooms and the only window I had pointed towards traffic. The neighborhood is a cool place to be but this place is janky"
