"Good central location, breakfast good and varied, hotel staff friendly and attentive. Conveniently located for Airport bus. Only 2 minute walk. Cost under €5 each way. Quick and easy ride."

"Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not reflective of the branding, price point or photos online. The hotel felt chaotic, poorly maintained and far from the luxury boutique escape it claims to be. Cleanliness and hygiene were a major issue throughout our stay - including hairs in room and mouldy water bottle provided in our room. The most concerning incident happened at 7am when a large flower tile attached to the ceiling crashed down onto the outdoor seating on out balcony, waking us up suddenly. A serious safety concern and completely unacceptable. Service was inexperienced, sloppy and unhelpful throughout. Common areas were untidy, the food was very average, and the overall atmosphere lacked any sense of refinement or comfort. Ironically, the gym was probably the best facility - but even that was dirty and poorly maintained. We booked this as a special birthday weekend and ended up leaving early and relocating to Palma because the hotel simply did not feel clean, safe or relaxing. Would not return or recommend."

"Really hard to sleep in a room that has an all night light on the deck. Tiny room could barely move. Had to ask to have the door between reception and guest rooms closed as it was very noisy. Would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay there again. It also advertised a free shuttle to the airport too which we discovered was not included."

"Ok property but very strict policies - charged a late checkout fee of €20 for 1 hour which was a result of misunderstanding. Wouldn’t be a first choice for my next visit to Palma as a result. "

"Excellent location close to all amenities and coastal walk to Palma. Breakfast very high quality with wide range of choice and preferences. Easy access to airport on public transport. Due to hotel location, the flight path might not be for everyone. Highly recommended!"
