"Door keys didn't work so had to go back to the office. The place seems to be under major reconstruction now. Breakfast foods were limited - maybe a right now thing with the construction. Beds were okay."

"The staybwas fine. I was doubled charged. Once by expedia and once by the resort. I called the resort to resolve the issue and was told i ld recieve a call the next day. Never did. Still waiting to see if the charge was reversed on my card."

"Stated they did not have my reservation when i called the day of to confirm. Said they would book me anyway and that someone would meet me there at 7pm. Got there and no one was there. When i called it was really shady. We went elsewhere. Once i was there, i was happy that i wasn't staying, if that's any indication"
