The room was clean and smelled nice. The beds were nicely made with new linens and pillows.
The bathroom was wheelchair assessable and the shower was also wheelchair assessable. There were safety bars in the shower and at the toilet.
My room was at the end of the hall next to the exit door. It had a room card access device, but that did not work and the door did not lock.
The wait was long to check in. The front desk employee seemed to have a lot of information to gather and papers to fill out for guests to sign. Either a second front desk employee is needed during check-in from four until seven or a quicker check-in process is needed. She was friendly, but you could also tell she was under pressure as the line grew.
This property is on a dirt road. I don’t know why big Springs doesn’t have it paved. My advice is to go through the parking lot of the truckstop And massage building. The ride is less bumpy.
