"We spent a wonderful week at Catalonia Royal Tulum in Playa del Carmen and loved it. This all-inclusive resort delivered great food, friendly service, and relaxing vibes. Our room was clean and serviced regularly, staying fresh and comfortable. Dining was excellent with a large buffet (breakfast had tons of options) and four à la carte restaurants: Asian, Mexican, Steakhouse, and Italian. We especially liked the Italian and Mexican spots for their delicious food and atmosphere. There are multiple bars and an exclusive restaurant called Bloved that we didn’t try. There are multiple bars throughout the resort offering a great variety of drinks. Our favorite was the swim-up bar located right in the middle of the pool — it was so nice and convenient for relaxing in the water while enjoying cocktails. The staff were outstanding. Angeles and Quetzabel greeted us by name and room number every morning at breakfast, making us feel welcome. Everyone was warm and attentive. The entertainment team kept things fun with dance classes, pool exercises, games, and professional nightly shows. Eddie and Paulina stood out among the big crew. DJ and dancing followed the shows late into the night. Location is convenient — cenotes nearby and Tulum just a 10-minute drive away. We left relaxed with great memories. Highly recommend Catalonia Royal Tulum for a Tulum-area trip. We’d definitely return!"

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"I rarely leave negative reviews, however after spending nearly $6,000 on a nine day stay at Secrets Tulum, I feel obligated to provide an honest and detailed account of our experience. While the staff themselves were kind, welcoming, and clearly doing their best, the overall resort experience fell drastically below expectations for a luxury all inclusive property carrying the Secrets name. Quality of housekeeping service was also lacking throughout our stay. We intentionally left ketchup on the table to see how thoroughly the room was cleaned, and it remained there the entire trip untouched. We constantly had to request towels, especially extra towels for the swim up area, because they were not stocked in the room. The nightstand only had one drawer on one side of the bed, which was inconvenient, and there were obvious signs surfaces were not being properly wiped down daily. At one point I had left a piece of candy on my nightstand after taking it out of my mouth and although I threw it away myself, the sticky residue remained and was never cleaned. I am by no means a slob, so the lack of attention to basic room cleanliness was frustrating. Additionally, the only drinks stocked in the room were beer, so if you have a beer allergy or simply do not drink beer, you are essentially out of luck. The largest disappointment by far was the food quality. It was consistently poor throughout nearly every restaurant and dining option on the property. Vegetables were overcooked and taste"
Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"We absolutely loved everything about the property! Family Selection was worth the upgrade as we had access to all the Palladium properties. We also had a butler to help us with anything needed in the room, answer questions and help with reservations. The only negative would be the beach that was overwhelmed with seaweed, making the beach unusable. It’s apparently a big problem from April-July or August, then starts to lighten up."
TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"The shuttle service was excellent. Lots of food options, just make reservations early. The property was huge with lots of amenities. Best restaurant was La Boheme and Cappricunio. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Make sure you keep American dollars on you to tip and pay. Also don't go shopping in Playa del Carmen because it's so expensive, especially if you a tourist!!! Stay on the resort and bring everything you need."

"Second time visiting this resort and loved it! Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great. Only upsetting thing is that their adult area was under construction and we did not know until we arrived. Overall tho we had a great time"
