「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Place D'Armes was a great stay for our first trip to NOLA! The location was great! Staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room and the courtyard was clean and full of character and the pool was a very welcome retreat on a hot summer afternoon. Hopefully will return soon and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!」

「Great location, beautiful views of the water, and conveniently close to the RTA travel stop. Nights were quiet with no loud neighbors or outdoor noise. In the morning there is a boat horn goes off pretty early but it didn’t ruin my stay. 」

「Our room was ready even before 3pm, so we were able to check in early. The room they gave us was huge! The room was clean & the price was truly affordable. Negatives: our room had no ice bucket, & though I requested 1 from the front desk our first day, never got it in the 3 days we were there; the safe didn’t work—couldn’t reset it, so never used it. 」

「This hotel is all about location. walking distance to everything you want to experience about French Quarter.--- Fresh Market, Frenchmen Street (which I loved- music, dancing, great restaurants). Bourbon Street (not so much- unless you're one of the young, obnoxious drunks), I would say this hotel would be a gem if the rooms were updated. a little paint and caulk would go a long way. 「Whenever we’re in New Orleans, we love staying at this hotel. It’s in a great location and offers a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. 「It was really good from start to finish. It’s 100 dollars a day for the incidentals but besides that it was a really nice clean friendly hotel. Front fest I think her name was Bria checked if we were ok or needed anything and was very prompt to do so. 」
