"Loved the pools, the beach, the food, and the rooms were beautiful! We had a suite that looked newly renovated and was spacious with a lovely dining area and kitchenette. Great location with local food within walkable distance. Would stay again! "

"Great hotel with upscale food and service; has a nice clientele too. Only complaint was a line to wait for breakfast and it was all ala carte food. Area is walkable and safe area but not much to do - no great shopping or food except in hotel. It's an uber ride to get to old city. The beach is scenic - windy and rocky but not swimmable."

"I absolutely love the AC Hotel! This is my 3rd time staying with them and they are so accommodating. Anything you need just ask. If they don’t have the answer they will find you one. 10/10 would recommend. "

"Everything about our stay was fantastic. Nice room, many things to do, sunny day, helpful staff. The one thing I will criticize is that when we were checking in, we were just checked in. No one told us about the Mother's Day Brunch that Sunday, the scavenger hunt for the kids, the marshmallows at the bonfire, nothing. I saw a QR code inside the elevator and found out about a few things (live music and games at the pool), but missed the Mother's Day brunch. Every time I stay at a hotel, the staff tell us about all the things going on or give us a calendar. That didn't happen. So I was a little down about that."

"The hotel was in a good location, very central but it felt a little kid. Although, the golf cart rides to the beach were nice and I did enjoy the chairs and umbrellas there as well. The room itself was just okay. I hated the bathroom doors, they felt as if you had no privacy. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren’t. "

"I have stayed few times at Embassy’s, I was surprised that PR locations doesn’t have the waffle maker like other locations, my bathroom door lock did not work, hot water never work and for the last I woke up with a lot of bites, I’m assuming bed bugs this visit was really disappointing hopefully next time will be better. "The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the location is close to everything. The only thing they should improve is the cleanliness in the pool area; there were plastic cups in the pool, and the floor where the sun loungers are located had mud between the bricks."
