From the moment we arrived, El Conquistador exceeded every expectation. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth, check-in was seamless, and our ocean-view room was spotless with breathtaking sunrise vistas. We spent mornings exploring Palomino Island, afternoons at the water park. Every interaction—from housekeeping to the concierge—was marked by professionalism and a sincere desire to delight guests. Five stars all around; we can’t wait to return!

Loved our stay. The 3 bed villa we stayed in was very comfortable and the resort is stunning! So many activities and pools/amenities/water park. Only complaint is that the ferry to the island should be run more frequently as on busy days there was a wait.

Our stay was amazing! Shout out to GILBERTO at the Ballyhoo restaurant by the marina, best service anywhere. There is so much to do at the resort one week wasn’t enough, so sad to be going home. We had a family of 16people from age 2years to 58. Everyone had the best time. The casita was clean and comfortable for our whole crew.

Very spacious villa and great views. The butler service was very good and lots of amenities in the resort/hotel area. We enjoyed the complementary water park, ferries to palomino island private beach, etc.
