"I believe the motel is in transition from Days Inn to Royal Inn. The bathroom had some rough areas likely attributable to renovations. But beyond that the stay was in the right place in proximity to BYU, at the right time for the right price. I could not have asked for more."

"Went here for a two night stay with our family to drop our son off at BYU. The double bedroom was great! It was so nice having two separate bathrooms. One was shower/sink, other was toilet/sink. Complimentary breakfast was perfect! Waffles, hashbrowns, eggs and juices. Just what we wanted. Staff very friendly! Hope to someday stay here again! Perfect quick car ride to BYU. "

"Owner was amazing with communication on the day of check in and for a small fee we could check in early. Definitely read the amenities feature I missed that the shower was just the one in the bath tub. Room was clean and easy to find. "
