The staff are very friendly people. The hotel was recently updated. The cleaning service was not super consistent and we ran out of things multiple times. The breakfast also was understaffed and ran out of key items multiple times. Other than that, the location is great for proximity to BYU and the beds are pretty comfortable. They also enjoyed the walking trail behind the hotel.

Our room was poor, it smelled like sweat and the toilet smelled of a consistent sewage scent, the breakfast often ran out of coffee and fruit, yogurt, being that we were there for a soccer tournament the waiting around for breakfast to be replenished was extremely unsatisfactory, our room was old, carpet was nasty, toilet bowl had stains, tub had stains overall GROSS, housekeeping came only 2 of the 4 days of our stay, just disappointed 😞 experience, I am Shocked 😲 Marriott put their name on this property, it needs a dire upgrade to all rooms and they need to improve cleanliness ASAP! The laundry room machines is from 1980, the elevators are tiny and the staff with huge carts squeezed in with us on many occasions which is distasteful. 2 stars is plenty for this place

I didn’t know that the hotel was under construction when I booked this trip. The room smelled, water wasn’t turned on when they said it would be , an alarms going off. The gal at the front desk was the redeeming part of the stay, she was sweet and really respectful!

The stay was excellent, 7 nights over Thanksgiving weekend. The beds are a little hard and the sheets a bit rough, but for the price acceptable. Be aware that the beds are Full size, not queens.
