"The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony. "As always … everyone was very friendly. Had a problem with air … but moved us right away to another room. Only complaint … I drink de-caffeinated coffee, they have always had it before at breakfast … I brought it to the hostess and was promised it would be there the next morning … it was NOT!"
"The room: clean with great working air conditioning, bed was AWFUL, no dishwasher and just generally dated.
The location: fantastic since you can see the SpaceX launch towers from the 6th floor but it's not easy to walk to the beach.
The rental management company: great communication with easy, clear instructions on entry to the room. The down side was pest control in the whole building in the middle of our trip but it was communicated after our arrival.
Overall: it was just so-so but could have been better if the bed was comfortable and we hadn't felt the need to remove our belongings for pest control."
