「The room had a smell like sewage water, the tv only had 25 channels to choose from, no apps, no streaming, the room felt humid and the south padre location required you to keep the temperature from 69-72 or you’ll be charged. The drinks were watered down at land-shark and the pool area. The food is lightly seasoned. The beach was nice and the pool seemed to be relaxing. The staff was friendly. Overall I will not be back it was not worth it. 」

This was a redone that owners clearly made into a 3/2, with a regular door on a master suite placed beachfront rather than the flexible sliding wall to accommodate more living room space most commonly found.
It’s the kitchen that was a mystery. It had been remodeled, nice cabinets with damped hinges, good natural countertops, reasonably well equipped with tools...

「The place was clean, it looked exactly as what is on display online. The walk to the beach was perfect!!! I will say it does not bother me when I am in an downstair unit as it is expected to hear the ruckus of others. The restrooms were very up to date and clean! Kitchen was supplied with almost any appliance needed so that a big plus. The pool and pool area were kept up with, we had the best time. Looking forward to being back soon. 」

「Clean rooms, family friendly, 5 min walk to the beach. Excellent location. I stayed a few nights with my family and had an amazing time! The host was very accommodating and they even provided some beach toys that my kids enjoyed playing with. Would love to stay again on our next visit to South Padre island!」
