"Great view snd location. Unit needs updating. Furnitures are old and faulty. Cleanliness is questionable. Beddings smell. Blinds don’t work."

"The weather didn’t permit us to use the pool, but the house was gorgeous. We were made to feel at home during our stay, there is even a washer dryer available. We felt fortunate to have landed on a off season rate, it was definitely better than a hotel."

"Beautiful room. 1107. Views were gorgeous! Bring your own keurig coffee if you're a coffee drinker! Next time we may stay at the Pearl as they looked like they had a little bit more to do for kids and the pool bar and restaurant were open! But the sapphire is the way to go if you want to cook your own meals and relax!! Gym was awesome! Teen game room is a fun addition for the kids also!"

"The condo was beautiful inside. Comfortable furniture with lots of room upstairs and downstairs. Pool was very nice and just steps out the back door. Beach is a short walk down the street. My family had a wonderful vacation. "

"The place was expensive but being close to the beach and having a "private beach" made up for it. The jacuzzi and the pool was great after the time at the beach. Overall it was a great but a little disappointment because they did not allow barbecue even though the picture of the condo has a barbecue pit outside."

"The beach house was somewhat sandy and there was a large dead roach near the kitchen. Otherwise, the available ammenities were good including washer/dryer, beach tools with pulled wagon, free wifi. I would recommend this place to everyone."

"The place was dirty, back door was broken, curtains to back door had stains on them, dead roaches on the floor in bedroom, roach poop in the cabinets, contractors working all around during the daytime, running saws, air compressors, nail guns, not really a relaxing trip"
