Property was older but nice. Some things remodeled but others aging or broken. Worked well for our needs. Pool was nice. Beach would have been very nice except for weather and rough waters. Access to the beach was great.

New Years 2024

Nice unit, ground floor. You can see a little of the water from the porch. Easy beach access. You can walk down the beach to a couple of restaurants. Bring your own coffee.

Beachside condo

The view was great, the condo was spacious with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Beach access was awesome. The pool was small and only open till 10pm. Only issue was they were working on condo above ours, so starting at 8am all you hear is hammering noise all day. Couldn't rest comfortably with all the noise

Excelente lugar!

El lugar está muy bien ubicado. El condo tiene vista al amor. Tiene todo lo que necesites para tu estadía (platos, vasos, copas, destapa corcho, cubiertos, cafetera, lavadora, secadora, bolsas para la basura, jabón para el lava platos, jabón para la lavadora). Sin duda alguna súper recomendado.

This was our second stay at this property but first time at this particular Condo unit 104. We had an excellent stay at this property as it was right on the beach with no one else around for at least a quarter mile. The property is very clean, quiet and well managed. The condos/apartments are very nice, big and come with all amenities that one needs for a perfect weekend. The only thing that I would like to point out is that this particular condo unit didn't have a dishwasher which was painful as we had to always wash the dishes manually. Otherwise amazing...

The unit was in poor condition

This condo was a major disappointment. To start, we received a call from the property manager about 10 minutes before we arrived telling us the building didn't have water but they were expecting it to be back on in a few hours. This wasn't great news but we were willing to accept the unfortunate situation and enjoy the beach before nightfall. Midnight came and the building was still without water - we couldn't wash our hands, flush the toilets or shower after a long day of traveling, and very humid conditions. When I asked about leaving, the property manager said we could go but our rate was non-refundable. The next morning, we were still without water so I called Hotels.com and spoke with the manager on duty. He agreed our request for a refund was a valid one and brokered our request. It was a hassle finding a new place to stay and repacking all of our belongings but it worked out. As for the condo, I was disappointed in the overall condition of the unit. It wasn't very well maintained, the AC didn't work well and the unit just felt dirty. I suspect they were not able to properly clean and sanitize the unit since there was no running water. Our health and safety was my biggest concern as we were in the midst of COVID-19. Water issue aside, the condo wasn't worth the money we paid...the online photos made the place look much nicer than it really is.

Last minute vacation

Compared to other condos I have stayed in at South Padre, this would be the lowest. I would not stay here again. Said they provided bath towels...sleeps 8 but only given 4 towels, 1 hand towel and no wash clothes. Washer and dryer in condo but the dryer did not dry. Tumbled the clothes but did not ever dry after 5 attempts. Dishwasher ran but did not clean the dishes very well. Stains on the couch, and on the bedding. King bed was like sleeping on the floor. Quiet property, nice pool area, and access to the beach was nice. I would say not the best, but not the worst.

Unit didn't seem to be in very good repair and wasn't as clean as it could be. I left a long list of things that needed attention. The unit was very comfortable and I loved the deck with the view of the ocean. I also liked the pool area; however, the jets in the Jacuzzi were kind of lame, but the water temperature was great.

Departamento en 5 piso con excelente vista al mar.

El concepto de departamentos de buena calidad, áreas comunes limpias y jardines bien cortados. el único comentario es que la alberca no tiene vista al mar y cuenta con dos profundidades asiendo que se limite el área de la misma. en general muy bien. Saludos Javier

Spacious Apartment, very close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay (Sea Vista 104). The location is fantastic, apartment is spacious and well stocked. Minor issues with plumbing and WiFi connection, but all resolved promptly thanks to Criss from the property management company - she has been amazing. Will be definitely coming back!

Nice relaxing stay

The building is old, 1982 and could use some updsting but our condo unit 318 was updated inside, though the balcony is small and can only accommodate 2-3 chairs. It was ocean front and beach area was nice. In Dec, it was not crowded and we liked the nice reading feel. However, since it’s a condo unit and no hotel management is there, we had to deal with construction noise right above our unit. We contacted the condo management and after complaining non stop for a day they did stop... ruined 2 days. There was also NO extra blankets and few nights we were really cold and had to crank up heat as the quilt was not enough., wish the owners provided extra blankets. But again the Manasi could not help with that issue. Overall we had good time, but our experience could have been better with Judy a few additional comforts that hopefully the owners can do for future clients.
