First thing was the booking made on Hotels.com was not honored it was actually cancelled in front of us, was told it would not be honored and that the price was $75 plus.

The Manager stated they no longer accepted paid reservations on.line... That I had to pay Cash then and There. So I lost the money I paid Expedia on line .. They charged me for two nights... I left.. checked out..after one night... There were cockroachs in the room.. The Staff was Rude... I felt like I was robbed..

La habitación en general y los muebles percudidos ( el sillón pegajoso ) En una de las camas una cucaracha dentro de la cama. A la hora de levantar las maletas salió otra cuacaracha. Muy mala experiencia No nos dieron ni ganas de bañarnos !!!!!

Nos basamos en las fotos para decidir llegar a dormir en este lugar y al llegar nos dimos cuenta que no es familiar, mi esposo fue a ver el cuarto el cual no tenia clima, estaba el hueco del clima en la pared, muebles quebrados. Aparte al llegar, nos cobraron mas dinero de que se pago en esta aplicacion de expedia, la persona de recepcion al darme la llave me dijo que no se podia fumar, no "intercambiar cuartos ni drogas". Definitivamente me asuste al estar ahi con mi familia y nos fuimos a quedarnos a un hotel en buen estado.

Worst hotel in Victoria

This is probably one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed was hard as a rock. The front desk person barely spoke English and could hardly communicate with me. The sheets weren't very clean. There was a stain on the chair that appeared to be blood. Also there was stains on the walls that appeared to be blood. I almost just left for the night but had to stay in town and could not get another room. They would not offer me a refund. They have a nice part of the hotel up front that actually us curtains but they will fill the back part first. There was rooms available up front but the front desk guy said they were all occupied. I do not recommend this hotel and will never be going back.

Victoria Riverside Ride overnight stay

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lighting is either too bright or too dark though. I would reduce the overhead lighting and put more options and put a reading light on the night stands. I would also put a coffee maker in the room. I wake up at 5 AM and you cant get coffee until 6AM unless you get dressed and drive to a store.
